BTW, in my opinion my photography is improving, I'm getting more and more favs and devwatches with each submission I make, yet... the comments are getting less and less.

I'll try it...
I believe your photography is improving. Overall, I think comments on deviantART are down. I am getting far less comments myself lately. You do tend to submit a lot of pieces at once, however. That could have something to do with it as people get behind quickly around here and will pick and choose a few pieces to comment on. I know I am forced to do that myself at times with people that submit in great numbers. Maybe try to space them out somewhat and see if that helps.
